These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infinibs Technologies website and its public features, including the contact form, call booking and website chat assistant (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Site;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through our forms or chat assistant;
- use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotions;
- use the Site or its outputs to build a competing product by reverse engineering our demos.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and all its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, demos, software and the “Infinibs” name, are owned by or licensed to Infinibs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
4. Our services and engagements
Information on the Site about our services, AI agents, products, pricing indications, timelines and case studies is for general information and is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any paid project, product licence or support arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Infinibs. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these Terms.
5. Demos and AI-generated responses
The Site includes demos and a chat assistant that use artificial intelligence. Their responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, and are not professional, legal, financial, medical or technical advice. Please verify anything important before relying on it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal data of third parties to demos or the assistant. 6. Your submissions
When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Infinibs a limited licence to use it to respond to you, assess your request and operate the Site. We will treat enquiry details as confidential in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential material or trade secrets before a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services such as Calendly, social networks and review platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinibs and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed INR 10,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). Liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any other liability that cannot be limited by law, is not affected.

You agree to indemnify and hold Infinibs harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms apply from the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your own country, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Infinibs about use of the Site.
